Steal the playbook I'm using to make
AI recommend me.
The GPTs, the skill files, the full 23-element checklist, all of it free, all of it public. No PDFs behind forms. 800+ people signed up overnight the first time I showed one of these.
The 23-Element AI Visibility Playbook
The complete system for making a business findable, trustworthy and recommendable to AI systems. The same playbook I run on my own name live, in public.
It lives on GitHub as a real open-source repo: the full playbook, a working checklist, copy-paste schema snippets, and a citation file. No PDF behind a form. Fork it, use it, ship it.
Why GitHub? Because AI doesn’t cite PDFs behind forms. It cites public knowledge: Websites, repositories, documentation. So instead of hiding my best framework, I published it. Every update from my own run lands in the repo first.

People keep asking why my best frameworks are free.
Simple: better websites make for better AI answers.
So I publish what I learn. The playbook, the experiments, the failures, all of it. If a method only works when it’s kept secret, it’s probably not much of a method.
The map, the shortcuts, the engine.

Everything above is free, and it stays free.
What it can’t do is make you show up for 30 days straight or look at your site and tell you what’s wrong.
That’s what the 30-day cohort is for. Every tool on this page, turned into one task a day, with my eyes on your work.
Tools are the easy part.
Doing it daily is the challenge.
The 30-day live cohort sequences every tool on this page into one task per day with weekly live calls and my eyes on your actual site. The tools are free forever. The cohort is where we put them to work together.
